Master Qwan's Mahjongg

The goal in Master Qwan's Mahjongg is to clear the board by removing all the tiles in pairs.  You can only select tiles on top and it must have a space open on the left or the right side. 

 

The four season tiles will match even though they are not identical.

 

The four flower tiles match as well even though they are not identical.
